Re: Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Provo ( Utah Valley - UT ) (Job
Number: 093006)

To Whom It May Concern:
With regard to the above position with your firm, I am very interested in
working with patients and not only being able to help them with their dialysis process, but I am also interested in giving personal care that will provide the patient comfort as well. My father-in-law was on dialysis for many years and I know how uncomfortable physically and mentally it can be for someone to do this day to day. He had some wonderful technicians working with him and they made things as easy as possible for him and I would love to do the same for others having to experience dialysis.
I am a pre-nursing student at UVU and am willing to take classes for any certification necessary to work at your facility. I have many prerequisite courses to complete before I can apply to the nursing program so I am looking for long term employment. Thank you in advance for your consideration and look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Kristi Footit
